A 14-story residential tower designed by Studio Gang Architects is set to grace the Miami Design District. Enriched with a retail street on the ground floor and a residents' lounge with a pool at the top, the tower aims to bring a new and exciting lifestyle to the local community.

The tower’s 76 residential units are designed to take advantage of panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The exterior of the building produces habitable spaces that function as the contemporary “Florida Room” that is local to the surrounding Buena Vista neighborhood. These shaded, open-air rooms provide both a thermal buffer for the interior and an outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining.

Aiming for LEED Gold Certification, the architecture of this residential tower demonstrates Studio Gang’s principle of exo-spatial high-rise design in which the inside extends to the outside in a dynamic spatial arrangement. In addition, its performance features shall include energy-saving solar shading and a rainwater collection system.
