Top 5 Firman Generators Reviews

1) Firman Hybrid Series H03651 3650/4550 Watt Dual Fuel Generator

Sale
Firman Hybrid Series H03651 3650/4550 Watt Dual Fuel...
  • Dual Fuel - Works on Gasoline or Propane
  • Starting Watts -4550 Gas/4100 LPG
  • Running Watts 3650 Watt Gas/3300 Watt LPG
  • Engine Brand - Firman 4 Stroke, 208 CC, 7 HP
  • Electric and Recoil Start

As an outdoor generator, this model operates on both gas and propane. This does the job well, I was looking for a medium sized generator. On gas it delivers 4,100 starting watts and 4,550 running watts. It's also comparatively when using propane, about 3,650 watts.

The engine installed in the generator is a 208cc, kept running smoothly and cool thanks to the Phoenix Fat Head Block. We also love the cast iron sleeve that houses it so it can stay maintained nicely and live a long time before needing some problems.

The only problem we had with it was how heavy it was. It’s really not advisable to lift it. Despite being a heavy generator, the noise is held at 67 dB (A). It runs for about 14 hours – plenty for our purposes – and we didn’t have to worry about having to top up the generator straight away.

And best of all, the automatic shut off feature will automatically turn off the engine power when the oil level in the engine gets too dangerously low. This special feature wowed me because it prevents the engine from owing any kind of harm from lack of oil and overheating.

Pros:

  • Efficient energy usage.
  • Dual fuel feature.
  • Heavy-duty and durable tires for portability.

Cons:

  • The outer body may not be very durable

2) Firman WH03041 Dual Fuel Inverter 3300/3000W Recoil Start Gasoline or Propane Powered Generator

Firman WH03041 Dual Fuel Inverter 3300/3000W Recoil...
  • Package Dimensions: 22.8 L x 30 H x 22 W (inches)
  • Package Weight : 110 pounds
  • Country of Origin : China
  • Fit type: Universal Fit
The Firman WH03041 Dual Fuel Inverter Generator is a portable power source and runs on both, gasoline and propane. It's got a power output of 3300 starting watts and 3000 running watts, making it ideal for camping, for tailgating parties and as an emergency backup for all of the home essentials. The parallel ready design enables you to have twice the power if you partner it with another suitable generator.

If you need portable power, the Firman WH03041 Dual Fuel Inverter Generator is a reliable, flexible and sensible option. The dual fuel functionality, quiet operation, portability will make it a practical choice for whatever any situation may be, but it may not be enough for heavy duty power needs.

Pros:

  • Provides flexibility to use either gasoline or propane.
  • Lightweight with a sturdy handle.
  • Operates at a low noise level.
  • Offers up to 9 hours of runtime at 25% load, depending on the fuel type.

Cons:

  • Lacks an electric start feature.
  • It may struggle with high-demand appliances or tools.

3) Firman W03383 Remote Start Gas Generator - 3650/3300W

FIRMAN W03383 Remote Start Gas Generator -...
  • Quiet and fuel-efficient, provides clean power for electronics...
  • Best used for camping and tailgating
  • Delivers true 30A power
  • Multi feature control panel with covered outlets
  • Includes engine oil, funnel and FIRMAN assembly tool kit

This generator has a compact design but built for the long undo and the small wheels with a very portable handle make moving it from place to place easy. One great thing about the unit is that it has the option of a triple start. It works with electricity, recoil, and even a remote starting system.

I was happy with the remote starters system – now you can start a generator by simply pushing a button on the remote and you can do it from anywhere. It’s also not to mention I was just at the recommendation 168 feet away.

Moreover, the generator in fact has a THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) lower than 3%. It indicates that the electrical circuit is trustworthy; electrical power will be constant in the electrical circuit. Power outages and surges happen frequently as I live outside the grid. Therefore, you can charge sensitive gadgets like mobile phones without fearing for those.

With its 1.8 gallons tank (or enough to fill the tank), the generator gives up to 10 hours runtime. One more thing that I cant forget to mention is that it comes in an eco friendly mode which will save on fuel and extend the number of hours of operation.

Pros:

  • Low-noise operating.
  • Eco-friendly mode to save fuel.
  • The ergonomic handle makes it easy to use.

Cons:

  • It may take time to start up in cold temperatures.

4) Firman W01784 Portable Generator, Gas, Recoil-Start With Parallel Kit, 2100/1700-Watt

FIRMAN W01784 Portable Generator, Gas, Recoil-Start...
  • Quiet, portable, easy to use!
  • Safe for all sensitive electronics
  • Best used for camping and tailgating
  • Major touch points are all front and center for easy starting and...
  • Portable - less than 52 lbs. with a built in ergonomic handle

This generator not only comes in a durable frame, which guarantees lots of use, but also is extremely conventional and powerful. The 439cc engine with a cast iron sleeve has an average output power of 8,000 watts, but the generator can push well over 10,000 watts when running with half the load.

If you are working continuously, you are assured up to 12 hours without problems. Also, I don’t have no problems starting any work, chores or making it through a power outage thanks to the triple starting option.

What is the best about this generator is that it comes along with household outlets and each outlet has GFCI protection reducing the chance of any accidents.

Pros:

  • The remote starting system makes it easy to use the generator.
  • The automatic low oil shutdown feature is effective
  • The tires are extremely durable and make it quite portable

Cons:

  • Noisier than other options

At 2,100 starting watts and 1,700 running watts, this isn’t the most powerful generator on the market, but it is certainly enough to operate a bunch of smaller appliances. You can hook up all my light sources and have my phone charged at the same time.

It has a wide variety of outlets ranging from a USB port to easily connect all my devices and charge them. At full capacity, the 5 gallon tank can keep it running for 12 hours. I like this generator for the several reasons, it can be the best Firman generator for the outdoor, since it only weighs about 52 pounds and it is possible to carry it everywhere.

The generator has a light indicator that tells you when you need to cut the load back, change oil, etc. Other than that, it also features additional accessories, like a charging cable, a complete toolkit, and even a funnel. Once you have bought this generator you won’t need to purchase anything extra.

Pros:

  • Perfect for outdoor use.
  • Efficient fuel usage.
  • Very affordable generator.

Cons:

  • Does not have an electric start option.
