He has been constructing and building a gigantic estate near Atlanta, GA, for the past three years. The 35,000-square-foot home is being constructed near his Tyler Perry Studios in Fulton County, Georgia, on the historic Fort McPherson site.
Perry intends to transform the 1,200-acre property into an organic farm. He wants his sons to develop a love of the land, environment, and animals. He also reported that he would have horses and other animals on his property.
