This pristine and stylish custom-built house exudes old European charm in the heart of Florida. The bright white facade and courtyard arrangement could easily merge into any Spanish neighborhood. The home wonderfully mixes modern and traditional design aspects, with a modest stucco front set against a gorgeous backdrop of lush, well-kept landscaping and vivid, ornamental flowers. The homeowners wanted the classic Spanish flair, and they got it with this JRW construction. Recognizing European and Caribbean influences, Golden Oak values the timeless elegance of historic Florida architecture while remaining focused on modern resort-style living.

Carved wooden doors with iron embellishments lead to a cozy indoor room that resembles a smart boutique hotel. The spacious entryway with unbroken views into the backyard instantly attracts attention to the stunning mosaic-tiled fountain in the stone courtyard. Large rounded glass windows and doors frame the pool and the lovely palm palms swinging in the backyard, highlighting the house as a tropical paradise.

The gourmet kitchen features marble counters, light-colored wooden cabinets, and natural light walls offset by enormous exposed wooden trusses on the ceiling. The inside is adorned with exquisite decorations that may be found in both large and little aspects, such as intricate tile patterns and exposed beams.

The dining area, with its applied relief ornamentation and wrought iron elements, brilliantly portrays the Spanish concept. The tile-work accents, together with the use of a dark stucco finish and natural materials, provide an unusual yet harmonious experience reminiscent of Mediterranean homes.

Large glass windows encased in reddish-brown wood that double as doors lead to an expansive terracotta-tiled terrace and a stucco-columned colonnade overlooking the pool. Elaborate tile work, applied relief ornamentation, and wrought iron grillwork were employed to create frames around doorways and windows, as well as decorative accents throughout the house.
