Amazon charges a per-unit fee to label and ship items to clients. The fee is usually determined by the item’s size, weight, and category. You can check out Amazon’s rate cards to determine what fulfillment fee you will be charged per unit.
Other FBA fees
1. Amazon FBA Disposal Order Fee

If you have a product in the fulfillment warehouse that is not selling and instead accumulates storage fees, you can pay a fee to dispose of them. This is known as the disposal order fee. Again the disposal fee will vary depending on the size and shipping weight of the products.
2. Inventory removal fees
If you settle that you no longer need to use the FBA program, it will cost you to remove your products from the fulfillment centers and return your inventory. The removal fee will also vary depending on the weight and size of the items.
Sometimes, the disposal and removal fees are usually the same. In most cases, Amazon removes and returns your inventory to you; it will cost around $0.50-$0.60 per item, depending on the item size.
3. Amazon FBA Unplanned Service Fee

Before shipping your products to the fulfillment centers, you must prepare and label them correctly. Failure to do this, there will be an additional cost for them to have the products labeled correctly.
4. Amazon FBA Returns Processing Fee

With the FBA program, Amazon handles all returns and exchanges of your products, but this comes at an extra cost. However, you will find that product categories offer free return shipping. You will most likely be charged a per-item returns processing fee in the shoes and apparel category.
5. Penalty fees
You will be charged a fee if you do not follow the seller’s requirements and rules. For instance, Amazon will charge a labeling fee if you do not follow their strict barcode label specifications for FBA stock. Again an unplanned FBA prep fee is charged if you do not prep products following the packaging and prep guidelines.
6. Amazon FBA Export Fees

Fulfillment by Amazon will allow you to export products to multiple countries, provided this export service is accessible in your country. Consequently, an export fee may be levied on your products regulated by the channel you are selling them from.
